ChelanValley Hope is partnering with Chelan Fire and Rescue to help keep residents of ChelanValley warm during the long cold winter months.
ChelanValley Hope, now in its third year of operation, operates out of the UnitedMethodistChurch in Chelan. They offer referral assistance and advocacy services for the underserved and vulnerable residents of the Lake ChelanValley.
Director, Sharon Lucas, says Fire district 7 simply ran out of room for their highly successful annual coat drive and Chelan Valley Hope stepped in to help out. Sharon said they had the space available and a recent donation made displaying the coats much easier.
ChelanValley Hope, is located within the MethodistChurch on the corner of Johnson and Emerson in Chelan. Their hours of operation and coat and blanket distribution are Tuesday and Thursday 10 am until 2 pm.
If you are unable to pick up a coat during the regular hours, call 888-2114 to make other arrangements. You can drop off coats and blankets at Chelan Fire and Rescue anytime.
