Okanogan County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a disturbance in Bridgeport that led to a short chase on foot before they arrested a woman for assault.

 

Okanogan County Sheriff, Harvey Gjesdal says the arrest came after an argument between two roommates over rent had escalated and resulted in an assault.

 

The suspect, Rochelle Zavala, is being held in Okanogan County Jail, charged with two counts of second degree assault and resisting arrest.
