High Speed Pursuit Started By Suspect 1/5/2012
Okanogan County Sheriff Deputy Shane Jones was forced into a high speed pursuit after he attempted to pass a Pateros man who thought the deputy was trying to pull him over.

Okanogan Sheriff Frank Rogers said at one point during the pursuit, the suspect, Charles Hackenmiller, lost control of his vehicle and drove into the ditch but was able to gain control and continue to run.
