Christmas Tree Bonfire for Winterfest 1/2/2012
If you are looking for a place to put your now outdated Christmas Tree, look no further.

The annual Chelan Chamber of Commerce Christmas Tree collection is underway.

Chamber Director, Mike Steele, says they gather the trees every year for the Winterfest bonfire on the beach.

And who gets the honor of lighting that pile of Christmas Trees? None other than the Chelan County Fire District 7.

This year, the Polar Bear Plunge will take place on the evening of Saturday, January 14th.
