Power Outage Tips From PUD 12/23/2011
With the heart of winter approaching, it is time to prepare for the possibility of power outages.
 
High winds and heavy snowfall can send trees into power lines and cause damage to poles.
 
ChelanCounty PUD Public Information Officer, Kimberlee Craig, encourages customers to take steps to stay safe and as comfortable as possible if power goes out.
 
Two ways to stay in touch with Chelan CountyPUD during a power outage is to call the outage line at 1-877-783-8123, or follow them on twitter at ccpud.
