Pateros Mayor, Gail Howe reports that the city has approved a permit for the Washington State DOT to build a new covered bus stop.

 

Mayor Howe says construction will not begin on the bus stop this winter, but riders can expect a covered wait for the bus when spring rains come.

 

The Pateros City Council appointed a new council member and are now back to the full force after they were hit with staggered resignations.

 

The Pateros City Council has rescheduled their January meeting from their regular third Monday of each month to Tuesday, January 17th due to Martin Luther King Jr Day.
