With more than 300 patients admitted to Lake ChelanCommunity Hospital with cardiac-related symptoms each year it only makes sense that the hospital would make emergency cardiac care a priority. To support the effort, the Lake Chelan Community Hospital Foundation is launching a Healthy Hearts Campaign to help maintain our community’s emergency cardiac services at their highest level.

 

Foundation board member Steve Palmbush says the hospital’s emergency medical team coordinates with other medical centers across the state to improve medical outcomes and specialized cardiac equipment is needed.

 

Board Member, Mike Steele says the hospital foundation is looking for contributions to help keep up with the rising equipment needs, in order to keep the hospital staff fully equipped.
