Despite being told media was not welcome, our Jay Witherbee made his way to the Town Toyota Center, where these meetings were being held to get the scoop from the mysterious gathering.
Jay tells us that what it all boils down to is a proposed bill that will change the agreement previously in place and will allow the Public Facilities District Board members the authority to impose a 2% sales tax without a public vote.
