New Fire Stations For South Shore On The Horizon 11/18/2011
After years of planning and research, the Chelan County Fire District 7 Board of Commissioners gave the head nod to march forward to the addition of two new fire stations along the shore of Lake Chelan.

After years of planning and research, the Chelan County Fire District 7 Board of Commissioners gave the head nod to march forward to the addition of two new fire stations along the shore of Lake Chelan.

 

Fire Chief Lemon says they are still in the planning stages, but expects to see new fire stations near Pat & Mikes, and just beyond First Creek.

 

And Lemon adds that part of these initial plans is to recruit a Citizen Advisory Committee…
