Discover Pass 9/21/2011
Yesterday we talked a little about the new Discover Pass, a program implemented as Washington State Parks transitions from a tax based agency to a user fee based agency.

Virginia Painter, a spokeswoman for Washington State Parks is with us again today to further explain who needs to purchase a Discover Pass, and how the program has done in the 2 months in effect."CLICK HERE" for Audio


Painter said that to date, Discover Pass sales has reached $5.5 million, but said success of this program will weigh heavily on public support.
