Renton Man Pulled From Lake Chelan in Critical Condition 7/11/2011
Vay Vong, 27, of Renton, is currently listed in critical condition at Central Washington Hospital after being pulled from Lake Chelan Saturday night.

Sergeant Mike Harris with the Chelan County Sheriffs office says that Vong, and a woman were swimming back to shore from a floating dock near Darnell's Resort around 9:30 PM when Vong suffered a leg cramp. Harris says the woman wasn't a strong enough swimmer to save him.

Witnesses say Vong was underwater for two to four minutes, CPR was performed on him until emergency crews arrived.
