Rod Anderson Named Permanent Replacement for Kem Carr 6/15/2011
The Lake Chelan Reclamation District made it official yesterday and named Rod Anderson as its permanent replacement for Kem Carr who was let go as the district’s Secretary and Manager in January. Anderson has performed the job on an interim basis since then.

Carr’s January departure as Secretary-Manager was followed directly by Board Member Gordon Lester’s resignation in protest, and that of Field Manager Brent Winter two weeks later. Since that time the board added Brad Barnes as a member, and Anderson is encouraged the district is moving in the right direction.

Board members cited Anderson’s 16 years of experience and familiarity with the district’s systems as primary reasons why he was hired permanently.
