New Twisp Police Chief 4/5/2011
Paul Budrow is on the job this morning working for the town of Twisp in his new position as Police Chief. He brings 25 years of law enforcement experience to the job, including 12 years with the Skagit County Sheriff’s Department, and for the past eight years, he has worked as police chief for the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe in Sedro-Woolley.

Twisp’s police department includes officers Ty Sheehan and Mike Kim, who is currently working under a Department of Justice narcotics enforcement grant. An additional 20 hours of patrol duties for the town are also provided by Okanogan County sheriff’s deputies. Budrow replaces Rick Balam, who had been serving as acting chief since November.
