Berreth says looking back to the end of 2010, there has been steady growth in all job categories. He also anticipates a further decline in unemployment as the weather improves and  Agricultural jobs ramps up.
Washington State’s 9.8 percent jobless rate in February was 1.1 percent below February 2010. The labor force has dropped slightly since last year, but the number employed has increased.
