Around 100 well wishers attended an open house at the Vogue Saturday night to show support for the owners and staff of the two businesses that were destroyed in last Wednesday’s fire in the Market Building.

The goal was to lift the sprits of the owners of Marcela’s Mexican Restaurant and Willow, a home decorating store, and building owners Barb Wadkins and Larry Hibbard:

Good wishes and words of encouragement were passed along throughout the evening, and Marcela and Willows Co-Owner’s Robin and Kim Skaar expressed their appreciation for the support.

In the end, both proprietors said they realized there would be a long road ahead, but expressed optimism that they would be back up and operating.
