Lieutenant Sisson is a long time fixture in the Chelan Valley area. He was the first Chelan Police Chief not employed by the city of Chelan, and assisted with the transition from a city force to contracted coverage with the county.

Lieutenant Sisson assumed the duties of Special Operations Supervisor this past summer when he rotated into the position replacing Lieutenant Maria Agnew.
